At 55 Swish, we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for teams looking for fun, competitive play in a well-structured and organized environment. Our commitment to this experience involves the hiring of dedicated staff to facilitate smooth event operations and the renting of facilities suitable for high-quality experiences. These logistical elements are essential to creating the atmosphere and experience our athletes have come to expect and enjoy.
When you register one or more teams for a 55 Swish event or league, your purchase is more than just a sign-up; it is a commitment from us to the athletes, ensuring that everything is in place for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

55 Swish REFUND & CREDIT POLICY

By registering for a 55 Swish Event/League, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is received, there will be no refunds issued for any reason, including, but not limited to, Program cancellation, injury, absence, or non-participation.

Event Cancellation: If 55 Swish cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, facility closure, or other reasons outside our control, 55 Swish will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, 55 Swish may, in its sole discretion, offer full or partial credit which can be used toward participation in a future 55 Swish event/league.

Missed Games: If a team misses any game or event for any reason, including illness, injury, or personal conflict, no refund will be issued. However, 55 Swish may, in its sole discretion, offer partial credit which can be used toward participation in a future 55 Swish program.

Transfers: Registration fees are non-transferable. In other words, once a program is registered for a specific event/league, their registration cannot be transferred to another program.

Special Considerations: While we do not issue refunds, in exceptional cases, such as a serious life-changing events/emergencies to team personnel, we may consider offering full or partial credit on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation, and such requests are not guaranteed.

Acknowledgment: By completing the event/league registration process, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.
